• Database upgrade for the client portal

  We upgraded the database behind the client portal to a newer minor release. The portal was in read-only mode for about 30 minutes. No data was affected.

• Elevated queue time on CI runners

  17 Aug 2026

  Build jobs waited longer than usual to start after a burst of parallel pipelines. We added runner capacity and the queue returned to normal.

• Intermittent DNS resolution errors

  14 Jul 2026

  Some requests to the API and the client portal failed to resolve for roughly 40 minutes. A faulty record update was rolled back and resolvers recovered.

  Search results in the documentation took several seconds to load. We rebuilt the search index and response times recovered.
